Return conditions:

You have the right to return the product you bought, exercising the right of withdrawal under the following conditions and request a refund of the price you paid us, within 14 calendar days from the date stated on the purchase receipt.

• Refunds are made for the purchase of the product made in cash (cash on delivery), deposit in a bank account or via Paypal and if the shipping costs have been deducted from the total refund amount.
• Your refund process will be completed no later than 10 calendar days from the date of receipt of the products and if they are in excellent condition and accompanied by the sales document to cancel it

All products, which have been purchased from our online store, can be replaced or returned to any of our physical stores, always after consultation with the sales department.
